The announcement follows Space Soldiers' qualification to the European Minor, a meeting that could run simultaneously like the SL i-League competition, after beating Binary Dragons, HellRaisers and ex-Outlaws in Sunday's closed qualifier.
The Turkish giants had booked their spot in the Chinese event after winning the European qualifier having a 2-0 victory over HAVU inside the grand final.
Space Soldiers will skip the SL i-League event to go to the Minor
Eight teams will have attendance in the StarLadder i-League Invitational Shanghai, which should run from November 2-5 and feature $150, 000 in prize money.

Contacted by HLTV. org, a Starladder official stated the organisation happens to be in talks with potential replacements for Space Soldiers, with increased news expected shortly.
