MSS moves to Immortals

On December 30th 2017, Immortals parted ways with the offlaner – replacing him today with Arif ‘MSS’ Anwar.

Inside a shock departure from Immortals, Lee ‘Forev’ Sang-don left the team line-up at the conclusion of December 2017. After many rumors of reuniting using the MVP Phoenix line up, Forev moved through four different teams before Team Phoenix were brought back together, only to locate their line-up picked up from the North American organization, Immortals. The squad came straight into the Dota scene once again, seeking to go back to their previous glory but found nothing close – with the only high placement coming in PGL Open Bucharest Major, where they secured a 3rd-4th place finish.
The parting ways of Immortals and Forev has not been discussed by either party in the general public eye, and it was eventually only Forev’s tweet which brought light towards the situation.

However, with his departure coming from the team, a spot opened up for Arif ‘MSS’ Anwar to claim – that was confirmed from the Immortals organization earlier today via their Twitter.

MSS has been around the Dota 2 competitive scene for several years, making his debut for Fnatic in 2013. After moving through a good few NA teams MSS makes his transfer to Immortals, able to embark on his new journey from as early as January 9th when his team competes inside the SL i-League Invitational Season 4 North American Qualifiers.
