SK AND ASTRALIS THROUGH TO QUARTER-FINALS

POKER6 - During the past group of matches of round four, Astralis eased past Heroic 2-0 (Overpass 16-11, Nuke 16-4 ) and SK beat Natus Vincere 2-0 (Cobblestone 16-12, Inferno 16-7 ) to earn their spots inside the playoffs.

SK picked Cobblestone to start out off their series against Natus Vincere, but it was eventually the latter team who established a 6-1 lead early on as CT. However, they then designed a series of mistakes when hunting the only real remaining player, Marcelo coldzera David, in chicken coop, like the superstar clutched a 1v3 to depart an extended string rounds going the Brazilians' way.

Natus Vincere could only win the same last round inside the half to end it at 7-8, however they soon retook command after Ioann Edward Sukhariev's triple inside the second pistol round. The very first gunrounds were split, before a forcebuy from SK and also a split in the direction of the A bombsite shifted the momentum back with their favor. At 14-11, Gabriel FalleN Toledo barely missed on a massive 1v4 clutch as he did not have enough time left, but the undeniable fact that he took out all the opposing players left Natus Vincere with little money as SK cruised to some 16-12 victory.

Na`Vi once again got off on the greater start on Inferno as CT, leading 3-1 following a second-round forcebuy win, but close rounds meant their economy was upon the edge and things turned to the worse when SK netted the fifth round with just pistols. Once Danylo Zeus Teslenko's team was capable of to purchase up again, they weren't in a position to capitalize on the 5v3 advantage created by Aleksandr s1mple Kostyliev, like the Brazilian side got as much as 6-3.

That‘s each time a last-second A push backfired on SK as Denis electronic Sharipov put up a triple. That situation repeated itself once again later inside the half, using the Russian youngster grabbing a key double to operate time down, but FalleN & co. were still in a position to stay away having a comfortable 9-6 half.

Securing the pistol round along with the first gunround on the rear of FalleN's triple on A, SK were up 13-6. Na`Vi could still buy up in subsequent round because of a bomb plant, but it was eventually all for naught. SK powered to match point and quickly ended the match 16-7, with FalleN's scout play deciding all of it.

The mostly-Danish matchup saw Astralis take an early lead on the pick, Overpass, as CT with Lukas gla1ve Rossander putting up four kills inside the pistol round. Ruben RUBINO Villarroel's 1v2 inside the third round then gave Heroic their first entry and soon they picked up three more rounds. After that on, neither from the teams could establish a very good economy like the rounds went backwards and forwards.

Astralis secured a 8-7 lead inside the half, while Heroic came on top from the second pistol, and great abide by gla1ve and many entry kills by Peter dupreeh Rasmussen allowed the favorites to mount a solid offense and grab a 16-11 win upon the opening map.

Heroic picked Nuke, which underwent several big changes earlier this month, but Astralis seemed to become ready for it as they simply quickly racked up an enormous lead upon the Terrorist side, partially because of winning the second-round forcebuy and also the second gunround that broke their opponents' economy twice.

That trend continued like the first half went on, as Marco Snappi Pfeiffer's quad-kill on upper netted Heroic their third round, however they couldn't string more together following Andreas Xyp9x Højsleth's 1v2 clutch on lower, followed by dupreeh's 1v1 on a single bombsite in subsequent round. Astralis had little trouble finishing off the very first half 11-4 and using the pistol going a good way also, they clinched a playoffs spot at 16-4, 2-0.
